Y. Lowe's Academy was created to teach, equip and empower small and medium-sized corporations, and Event Planners with all the knowledge that is needed to successfully plan exquisite and engaging events, in an innovative, creative and masterful way.

We offer an Event Planning Coaching program (EPC) that provides one-on-one instruction and coaching,  and an Event Planning Masterclass (EPM) that offer individual courses. Both EPC and EPM will help beginning level Event Planners, and seasoned Event Professionals to up-level their event planning skills. Within our Event Planning Masterclass, we offer 3 courses that will give you the essential tools needed to develop, plan, manage and coordinate extraordinary events. 

Event Planning Toolbox: We take you through the 10-steps needed to plan a successful event with our Event Planning Toolbox. This Event Planning Toolbox covers corporate, nonprofit, government and social event planning in-depth. You will get FREE templates to use from the proposal stage, through the planning stage and for your wrap-up. 

Golf Tournament Course: This course is great for Event Planners who want to learn how to plan a golf tournament so you can offer this service to your clients, or you are the designated person at your nonprofit or corporation who plan your golf tournament yearly. This 4-month course includes actionable steps for each quarter leading up to your tournament. It also covers sponsorship and in-kind donations. Sponsorship and Fundraising Development: We reveal the secrets to gaining sponsorship for your corporate or nonprofit events, how to create community partnerships, and how to find in-kind donations. We will teach you how to create beneficial sponsorship levels, and how to use that to solicit the support that you need for your event.

 

Coaching

Our Event Planning Coaching course is a one-on-one and group coaching class with the Certified Event Professional herself, Yvonne Lowe. Clients will have a choice of choosing between 4 months, 6 months or 12 months of training. 

This course includes the Event Toolbox for Free and more in-depth customized training.

Yvonne Lowe is a Certified Event Professional with over 20 years experience planning events. As an Adjunct Professor, she taught Event Design and Production at Prince George's Community College. Her event planning course received excellent reviews from her students for it's engaging, current and relevant content.
